Snack and Food Prep Shopping List

  • 2 bags of apples
  • 2 bags of oranges
  • 18 bananas
  • 2 containers of strawberries
  • 6 boxes or bags of carbs - crackers, granola bars/bites, tortilla chips, pea crisps, popcorn,  goldfish/cheddar bunnies, etc. (enough for 19 children x 5 days)
  • 3 additional fruit or veggies such as: grapes, carrot sticks, already cut cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, pineapple, peppers, berries, etc.
  • 1 large or 2 small bouquets of flowers
  • 2 bags of cheese sticks or 2 blocks of cheese
  • 1 bottle of ranch dressing
  • 1 family size hummus or 2 regular size

Too Busy to Shop?

We love to handle shopping and delivery! Simply let Stefanie or Tracy know by Friday the week before and send $100 cash or check made out COLCMS. You can also pay via PayPal by sending payment to colmadmin@gmail.com or the link below.

As a reminder, we are a nut-free environment. Please make sure that any crackers you purchase for the class do not contain nuts.

Good nutrition is important for growing bodies and minds. Please do not send foods containing excessive sugar (such as cookies) or artificial flavors/colors.
