COLCMS is a nut free school. Companies often change manufacturing processes or ingredients, requiring the label to be read each time. We have children who have life-threatening nut allergies as well as toddlers who have not yet been exposed to nut. No amount of nut is safe, including food with traces of nuts or food made on shared equipment.
Organic food is strongly preferred. We really appreciate you making the effort to buy organic for our toddlers, especially fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Thank you in advance for helping make snack healthy, safe, and delicious!

Toddler Shopping List This list is for the full week. If we need more of something we will let you know. A full class can easily eat a big container of fruit and box of crackers at one snack. Thank you in advance from Ms. Oana, Ms. Alison and the children!
10-12 juice oranges or clementines
6-7 small apples for slicing
1 loaf of sliced whole grain bread
Small bunch of flowers
Fruit (choose 3-4)
Thinly sliced apples
Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
Melon cut into toddler sized pieces or sliced (not melon balls)
Mandarin Oranges in juice
Veggies (choose 1-2)
Sliced bell peppers
Extras (choose 1-2)
Hummus – Sabra (not pine nut) or Cedar’s organic
Organic block of cheese or string cheese
Dried fruit raisins, apples, bananas, etc.
Dressing to be used for dipping veggies – Annie’s Goddess or Annie’s Cowgirl Ranch – most grocery stores
