TODDLER SNACK LIST
COLCM Toddler Community is nut free. We have students with life threatening allergies, as well as students who have not yet been exposed to nuts. Please check all ingredients for the safety and health of our students. No amount of nut is safe – including foods with traces of products or foods made on shared equipment or in facilities that produce egg and nut products. Companies often change recipes and/or manufacturing processes requiring ingredients to be read each time.
In addition to snack and lunch for the week, please bring the following:
*4-6 bananas
*4-6 juice oranges
*1/2 gallon of milk for sharing at lunch
*small bunch of flowers from your garden or the store
These items are used for our practical life exercises. Thank you for supporting this important part of our curriculum.
If there is any question about the ingredients, please check the label carefully. We will heat up food as needed. Candy and sugary foods are not allowed. Water is served with snack and water or milk is served with lunch in open cups. Organic food is preferred when possible.
